Jennifer Duggins
PT
As a licensed physical therapist and founder of COREssentials Physical Therapy and Pelvic Wellness, PLLC, my mission has always been simple: to create a safe, supportive space where patients feel truly seen and heard. I opened CE in 2016, wanting to take the time needed to treat the whole person—body and mind—and help clients reach their goals at their own pace. Here, we believe healing happens best in a peaceful, welcoming space.
I earned my degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 1994, and over the past 30+ years, I’ve practiced in a wide range of settings—including orthopedic, neurological, trauma, geriatric, and post-surgical care. That diverse background has shaped my truly holistic approach to treatment and wellness.
Pelvic health has been my passion for over 20 years—long before it became a trending topic!
I began specializing in female urinary incontinence in 2002, and have since expanded my training to treat bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, pregnancy/postpartum recovery, and men’s pelvic health. It’s an area of care that continues to inspire and challenge me every day.
As an experienced clinical problem solver, I work tirelessly to help clients get to the root of their dysfunction for lasting results.
I’ve also integrated Redcord Neurac therapy into my practice—an innovative suspension system that helps restore pain-free movement by retraining muscle control and stability.
It’s especially effective for addressing chronic pain and movement dysfunction, and I love offering it as a tool for clients needing more support in their healing journey.
Recently, COREssentials has grown into something even more exciting!
We've moved into the beautiful Method Wellness & Physical Therapy space, an environment filled with like-minded providers who share our passion for integrative, whole-body care.
While COREssentials remains an independent practice, we’re thrilled to be surrounded by a community that values collaboration and holistic healing as much as we do. This new space allows us to expand what’s possible for our clients and continue offering the personalized care you know and love.
Outside of the clinic, I’m a busy mom of three, a lifelong animal lover (our home is basically a zoo), and a proud San Antonio native!

Kat Parker
LMT
Kat Parker is a passionate facilitator of healing and wellness and believes that with thoughtful communication and a holistic approach she can fully attend to each clients’ needs. Kat specializes in an intuitive combination of deep tissue and Swedish massage aimed at regulating the nervous system and promoting relaxation while also doing meaningful work in the deeper layers of tissue. She believes that the most valuable impact she can have as a massage therapist is by working with the body, slowly melting through fascial restrictions and adhesions, rather than against the body with excessive pressure. A great massage shouldn’t hurt!
Kat additionally specializes in lymphatic drainage massage – a gentle, rhythmic approach aimed at encouraging the healthy flow and drainage of lymph in the body.
Kat has been a professional massage therapist since 2016 when she graduated from the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy in Samara, Costa Rica.
