  • Momentum: Our New Small-Group Training Program

Momentum, our brand-new small-group fitness program designed exclusively for our community. This isn’t a gym class. This is intentional, progressive, expert-guided movement — built around how your body actually works.

Classes run Monday through Thursday at 11:00 AM, and here’s how the week flows:

    Monday & Wednesday — Move

Think energy, agility, and coordination. These sessions blend HIIT-style movement with balance drills and light plyometrics — keeping you sharp, quick, and confident in your body.

    Tuesday & Thursday — Build

Strength-focused circuit training, moving station to station with free weights. These classes are designed to build real, functional strength that carries into everyday life.

Every class is capped at 12 people. That’s intentional. You’ll get real attention, real progression, and a real community — not a crowded room.
