  • Jennifer Duggins

PT - Specialist in Men & Women’s Pelvic Health, Prenatal & Postpartum, Prostate Recovery

As a licensed physical therapist, Jennifer's mission has always been simple: to create a safe, supportive space where patients feel truly seen and heard. In 2016, she founded COREssentials Physical Therapy and Pelvic Wellness, PLLC, building it into a trusted practice rooted in treating the whole person — body and mind — at each client's own pace, in a peaceful, welcoming environment. In March 2026, Jennifer brought that same expertise and philosophy to Method Wellness and Physical Therapy, where she now sees patients directly.

Jennifer earned her degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 1994. Over more than 30 years of practice, she has worked across orthopedic, neurological, trauma, geriatric, complex medical, and post-surgical care — a diverse background that continues to shape her holistic approach to treatment and wellness.

Pelvic health has been Jennifer's passion for over 20 years, long before it became a trending topic. She began specializing in female urinary incontinence in 2002 and, since then, has completed extensive continuing education, clinical training, and practical hours in the field of pelvic health — amassing an estimated 30,000 hours of direct pelvic health clinical care. Her expertise has since expanded to include bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, men's pelvic health, autoimmune disorders, and hypermobility spectrum disorders — an area of care that continues to inspire and challenge her every day.

An experienced clinical problem-solver, Jennifer is dedicated to helping clients get to the root of their dysfunction for lasting results. She integrates RedcordNeurac therapy into her practice — an innovative suspension system that retrains muscle control and stability to restore pain-free movement — and finds it especially effective for clients with chronic pain and movement dysfunction who need additional support in their healing journey. She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and actively incorporates yoga-based techniques into her treatment approach, further reinforcing her commitment to whole-body, mind-body care.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has served as a guest speaker and lecturer for numerous community organizations across the Dallas/Fort Worth and greater San Antonio areas, sharing her expertise in pelvic health and whole-person wellness.

Outside the clinic, Jennifer is a devoted mom of three grown children, a lifelong animal lover, and a proud San Antonio native.
