At Method, we believe all bodies and experience levels stand to benefit from what yoga has to offer.  Our knowledgeable teachers have the skills to support and keep you safe while moving on the mat. 

Group classes are offered morning and evening throughout the week and on weekends, featuring a variety of styles including beginners’ foundation, vinyasa flow, prop-focused Iyengar, yin, yoga Nidra and Ashtanga.

Our classes

  • Foundation

    Foundation is focused on connecting the movements and strength built in Yoga to the demands of everyday life. Moving through a modified vinyasa-based flow, we will take time to break down individual postures to understand their components of functional strength, balance, and mobility to improve and support your day-to-day activities. All levels welcome; appropriate for beginners.

  • Propped Up

    This alignment-based flow is designed to promote deeper body awareness and expand your daily practice through the creative use of props. Explore traditional postures with new perspective, breaking them down to better understand each component. Build strength and improve flexibility, balance, and proprioception in this foundational class; appropriate for beginners & students of all levels.

  • Power & Precision

    Elevate your practice with Power & Precision, a dynamic yoga class designed to challenge and refine your practice. Prepare to strengthen and sharpen your skills, through creative sequences and exploration. This class will leave you feeling empowered and aligned; appropriate for all levels.

  • Abs & Asanas

    A 30 min power-packed fusion of core crushers and yoga flow to get you feeling strong, sculpted, and unstoppable! Expect a fiery ab sequences, dynamic moves, and deep stretches that build strength while keeping vibes high. This isn’t just another core workout-it’s your new go-to for confidence, energy, and that post-class glow. Ready to level up? Let’s flow and fire up that core!

  • Yin & Sound

    Enjoy a 75 minute curated sequence of yin-style poses along with the somatic massage of Tibetan healing bowls. This deeply relaxing session is appropriate for all skill levels. Students must be able to get on and up from the mat unassisted.

  • Gentle Flow Yoga

    Description goes herethis 75-minute gentle flow yoga class offers a calming and accessible practice suitable for all levels, including beginners. The session focuses on mindful movement, breath awareness, and deep stretching to release tension and promote relaxation. 

    Expect a slow-paced sequence of foundational poses, gentle transitions, and optional modifications to support your individual needs. 

    Perfect for anyone looking to unwind, restore balance, and reconnect with the body through a nurturing, meditative flow.

     

  • Build & Breathe

    Build your practice and experience a variety of teaching styles in this all-levels class focusing on alignment, foundational movement, gentle breathwork and meditation. Beginner friendly with modifications offered & encouraged use of props, our teachers will offer new perspective to finding the weekend reset your mind and body needs.

    This class is led by the Method Yoga Teachers in a revolving schedule.

  • FREE Meditation & Pranayama

    Join us for a free 30 minute guided meditation and pranayama practice in a fun and light hearted setting. These practices are excellent for stress management, chronic pain and creating a clear minded environment for creativity and focus. Open to all-levels. No experience required.
