Some of the most important aspects of health happen in the space between disciplines — between physical and mental health, prevention and recovery, movement and medicine, performance and sustainability.

Join Method Wellness and a diverse panel of respected San Antonio professionals for an evening of thoughtful conversation around holistic health and collaborative care.

Featuring perspectives from orthopedic and pelvic floor physical therapy, mental health, movement, dance, Pilates, and nutrition medicine, this event offers an opportunity to hear expert insights, ask questions, and connect with a growing community of practitioners focused on supporting the whole human.
