Special Meditation Experience with Beryl Bender
We are honored to welcome Beryl Bender for a special two-hour meditation experience at Method Wellness.
Beryl is a longtime friend and mentor to Dr. Sarah Eads, and we’re grateful to share the opportunity to practice with her in person. With over 50 years of experience in meditation, mindful movement, and the study of consciousness, Beryl offers teachings that are grounded, accessible, and deeply informed.
Her path began with a degree in English and philosophy from Syracuse University, followed by years of study in India in the 1970s. Since then, she has taught internationally, authored several influential books, and co-founded the Give Back Yoga Foundation, supporting service-based, community-centered initiatives.
Beryl is especially drawn to conversations around longevity, building a strong foundation for practice, and the role of community in sustaining meaningful connection over time. Her teaching style is clear, steady, and down-to-earth—inviting presence without complication.
