Why Choose Method for Your PT Care?

In addition to excellent PT Care, Method is the only clinic in San Antonio offering a range of wellness services all designed to complement each other and meet your specific needs. These services also provide a great opportunity to continue your wellness journey beyond rehab. Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or you’re looking to improve your wellness for a lifetime, Method is the place for you.

How is PT Care Different at Method?

A Holistic Approach

It’s rare for an individual’s pain to be caused by one singular issue or one single body part. The human body is complex, and we all place unique demands on our own body.

At Method, we don’t treat body parts, we treat people. This means taking a whole-body approach to find the primary cause of your pain and establishing a comprehensive plan to set you on the path to recovery.

One-on-One Care

We know the best care happens when providers can spend the appropriate amount of time with each patient. At Method, we are uncompromising in our commitment to individual care. All of your visits will be one-on-one treatment sessions provided by a Licensed Physical Therapist, guaranteed.

Efficient Results

Thanks to our patient-centered treatment model, hands-on techniques and holistic approach, the time needed to reduce pain or recover from injury is often far less than with typical physical therapy treatment.

Is Method PT the Right Choice for You?

At Method, we prioritize the quality of care we can provide above all else. We treat most orthopedic injuries and conditions, and we are committed to providing an excellent patient experience and the best possible outcome.

If you are searching for a PT clinic that truly puts patients first and sets them up for wellness for a lifetime, Method PT is the right place for you.
