We are excited to announce that, as part of our commitment to giving back to our community, this October we will be hosting a very special fundraiser to support women living with breast cancer through the local organization, WINGS!

From the moment we opened our doors in 2018, we’ve felt tremendous support from all sides and—as a team and company— we are deeply committed to paying that forward and Giving Back to Our Community! A cornerstone in our practice has been the joy and purpose we find in working to improve not only the lives of patients and clients walking through our doors, but the larger community of San Antonio as well. In that spirit of lifting each other, we hope you’ll join us this fall in supporting an organization that is truly life-changing...
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and to fuel a cause near to many of our hearts, we’ve decided to embrace a new level of giving, with many opportunities to lend support this year’s chosen charity, WINGS (Women Involved in Nurturing, Giving, Sharing, Inc.).
WINGS is the only non-profit program of its kind in the region to provide no-cost comprehensive breast cancer treatment services to under or uninsured women in South-Central Texas. These services include physician visits, surgical procedures, chemotherapy, radiation, labs, scans, medications, rehabilitation, prosthetics, wigs and more! WINGS also provides continuum care for uninsured breast cancer survivors for five years after remission. Additionally, the organization offers educational workshops, support groups, resource referrals, survivor events and activities. Once enrolled and the patient remains eligible, benefits are offered for a lifetime. WINGS is currently serving over 800 women, providing over 1.3M in healthcare services per year.
Working to bridge the gap between diagnosis and treatment of Breast Cancer, WINGS provides comprehensive breast health services to women in Central and South Texas who are uninsured. For hundreds of uninsured South Central Texas women, WINGS is their only option for potentially life-saving breast cancer treatment and care. WINGS partners with a network of physicians and treatment centers to provide these individuals with a real chance at fighting this deadly disease.
We are thrilled to partner with such a powerhouse and passionate organization, and we hope you’ll read on to find the Giving Opportunity that works best for you—and to put our weight behind y’all and the incredible work WINGS is doing, Method will match your donations dollar-for-dollar, up to $3,000! Donations of any amount are greatly appreciated, however, to add to the fun and encourage even more Give Big Energy we’ll be including chances to win a variety of Method prizes for larger donations, all aimed at increasing the good we can do together!
In addition to hosting a gourmet, five-course guided cheese tasting— with all proceeds going to WINGS— we’ll also be offering 3 Prize-Eligible Donations Tiers. Our goal is to raise as much in life-supporting funds as we possibly can for the women & families in our community who need it and you can count on us to add more fuel to the fundraising fire, by matching total donations up to $3,000!
